My Open House - New Beginnings

I had my open house on Saturday.  May 23, 2015.  It was really nice except that my phone died and I had to rely on others to get pics for me. I totally forgot my charger.  Well, I had people come and go and some stayed for a while and others came, popped in and then left.  

At the end of the day, it was good to get my name out there.  I always enjoy meeting new people and I want to thank "Michelle"  from the bottom of my heart, for coming and making this card with me. 

She was a new stamper and loved almost all of my other cards and she asked if we could do one together.  I said sure.  But I don't end the Open House til 5, so she hung out and visited and asked a ton of questions!  Eventually, things started to die down - "the buzz" and we sat together.  She told me about how her dr. had just given her 6 months to live and that was about 2 months ago.  I didn't know what to say.  She started to tear up and say that she is getting her affairs in order and just wanted to make a simple card.  

I shut the door and this is the card that we made together.  

I didn't have all my supplies with me and the rain deterred some folks, but I TOTALLY believe that God will send who he wants when he wants.
